HOTELS

A list of Conference hotels, as well as rates, are available in the HOTEL GUIDE. Rates indicated in the guide do not include city tax (for further information, please go here).
In order to make a hotel reservation, participants are kindly requested to fill in the attached Hotel Reservation Form.
After filling it, the form should be sign and sent by fax (0039 045 597265) to the Organizing Secretariat COGEST M. & C.
Attendees are kindly requested to send the reservation form prior to September 3; reservation received after this date might be not accepted. Participants will receive a booking confirmation including name and address of the assigned hotel. In order to secure the reservation, the hotel requires a credit card as guarantee.
Payment of the hotel bill will be required by the hotel upon check-out. City tax will be added to total due.
A booking fee of € 15,00 will be charged to the credit card and invoiced by COGEST M. & C. BUSINESS & TRAVEL.

BED & BREAKFAST

In order to make your own reservation you may give a look at the Bed & Breakfast Association of Verona website.

HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy:

• In case of cancellation by July 31, 2013, only booking fee will be held
• In case of cancellation from August 1, 2013 booking fee and the charge for one night stay will be held
• In case of no show booking fee will be held and the hotel will charge all nights stay on the credit card
